Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Kpyxal Solutions LLP. Follow the steps below to submit your request.
We process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
How to Request Data Deletion

Include the following in your email
So we can locate and verify your data before deleting it:
- Your full name
- The email address or phone number associated with your account
- The nature of your relationship with us (e.g., PyxWA client / WhatsApp contact of a business using PyxWA)
- Specific data you wish deleted, or request full deletion

We verify and process your request
We may ask for identity verification before processing to protect against unauthorised deletion requests. Once verified, we will delete your data and confirm by email within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
